Legal Disclaimer & Sales Conditions
These Sales Conditions apply to online ticket sales for the International Circus Festival of Las Vegas, presented by Mestre Trapeze LLC, based in Las Vegas, Nevada. Tickets are sold through the Humanitix platform. By purchasing tickets, customers agree to the following terms and conditions.

Ticket Purchase & Acceptance
By confirming a reservation and completing payment, the customer accepts these Sales Conditions without reservation. Certain shows or events may include additional conditions listed in their descriptions.

Child Admission
Children ages 2 and under are admitted free of charge when seated on a parent’s lap. No separate seat will be provided unless a ticket is purchased.

Pricing
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Mestre Trapeze LLC reserves the right to adjust ticket prices at any time. The price shown at the time of purchase will apply. Reselling tickets above the printed or listed price is strictly prohibited.

Payment
Online reservations must be paid using a valid credit card or other payment methods accepted by the ticketing platform. Once payment is approved, tickets are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or resold unless otherwise required by law.

Ticket Collection
Identification may be required to collect or validate tickets. If physical ticket collection is required, tickets must be collected at the event venue ticket office no later than 30 minutes before the show begins.

E-Tickets
E-tickets are delivered electronically and include a unique QR code for one-time entry. If an e-ticket is lost, stolen, copied, duplicated, or shared, only the first valid ticket scanned will grant admission. The buyer is responsible for protecting the security of their e-ticket.

Presenting E-Tickets
E-tickets may be presented on a mobile device or printed clearly on white paper. Damaged, altered, poor-quality, or illegible tickets may be considered invalid. Mobile tickets must be displayed clearly with sufficient screen brightness.

Use & Validity of E-Tickets
Each e-ticket contains a unique QR code verified at the venue entrance. Admission is granted only once per ticket. Duplicating, counterfeiting, or tampering with tickets is strictly prohibited. If multiple copies of the same ticket are presented, only the first valid scan will be accepted, and no refund will be issued.

Admittance
Shows begin on time. Late arrivals may only be admitted during suitable breaks or intervals, depending on accessibility and production requirements. Failure to comply with event staff instructions may result in denied entry without refund.

Cancellation, Changes & Refunds
Tickets are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and non-resalable unless the event is canceled by the organizer or otherwise required by law. If an event is canceled by the organizer, customers may request reimbursement within 3 months of the event date by presenting proof of purchase.
If a performance is interrupted after more than one hour, no refund will be provided. Mestre Trapeze LLC reserves the right to modify programming, schedules, artists, or event details without prior notice due to unforeseen circumstances.

Image, Video & Recording Rights
All image, video, and reproduction rights are reserved by Mestre Trapeze LLC. Unauthorized recording, filming, photography, livestreaming, or public distribution of event content is prohibited unless expressly permitted by the organizer. Non-compliance may result in removal from the venue without refund.

Rules & Regulations
All attendees must follow the rules and regulations established by Mestre Trapeze LLC, venue staff, security personnel, and event representatives. Failure to comply may result in denied entry or removal from the event without refund.

Responsibility & Applicable Law
Mestre Trapeze LLC establishes the rules for its events, which apply to all customers and attendees. Ticket sales and event attendance are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts in Nevada.
