Renato Fernandes

Founder / Director

Renato Fernandes, a 6th generation circus performer and 3rd generation Flying Trapeze artist, has dedicated his life to the world of circus arts. From his first professional Flying Trapeze performance at the tender age of 4 to achieving remarkable feats over his 25+ years in the industry, Renato's journey is nothing short of extraordinary.

Renato's illustrious career includes joining Cirque Du Soleil’s La Nouba in 2012 and making history on February 24, 2016, as the first man to accomplish the Double Twisting Double Layout & a Half on the Flying Trapeze. His prowess on the trapeze led him to participate in the 44th edition of the Festival International Du Cirque De Monte Carlo in 2020 with the Flying Tuniziani, where he once again performed the groundbreaking Double Twisting Double Layout & Half. Together, they were crowned champions, receiving the prestigious Golden Clown from Prince Albert II and Princess Stephanie of Monaco.

Despite these incredible achievements, Renato’s dreams didn’t stop there. Renato envisioned opening his own Christmas show in November 2025. During his travels and experiences as a jury member and special guest at various circus festivals worldwide, Renato pondered why Las Vegas, the entertainment capital of the world, didn’t have a unique International Circus Festival of its own. Fueled by this realization and leveraging his extensive international network and relationships, Renato found overwhelming support to bring his dream to life.

In November 2024, the 1st International Circus Festival of Las Vegas will debut, promising an unparalleled spectacle that will captivate audiences and leave a lasting impression on the vibrant city of Las Vegas. Renato’s unwavering determination and commitment to excellence ensure that this festival will be an extraordinary addition to Las Vegas’ rich entertainment scene, reflecting his vision and passion for perfection.

Renato’s success is deeply rooted in his dedication to supporting his family and friends. Throughout his career, he has always prioritized the well-being and growth of those around him. Devlin Bogino

Chief Operating Officer

Devlin Bogino, born into the prestigious Bogino-Togni circus family of Italy, is the seventh generation in the performing arts. He trained at the École Supérieure des Arts du Cirque "Académie Fratellini" in Paris, graduating with a state diploma in circus arts in 2006. Since then, Devlin has toured with some of the world's most renowned circuses, including Roncalli, Cirque d'Hiver Bouglione, and Big Apple Circus in NYC. He has been directed by notable figures such as David Cronenberg at the Théâtre du Châtelet and Coline Serreau in circus performances. For the 2023-2024 season, Devlin will be one of the star clowns in the 46th production of the Big Apple Circus in NYC, a creation of Cirque Roncalli, where he will also serve as Resident Director. This role attracts many American cinema personalities, including Robert De Niro, Scarlett Johansson, Adam Driver, and Liam Neeson. Devlin's passion for his craft has also led him to educate the next generation through the Urka Circus School, which he co-founded with his father David Bogino in 2007. From 2017 to 2023 he was the General technical manager of The international Center of Art CIAM in France and also the General manger of the Festival JNC who bring together 7 different show , 120 performer and technicians and welcoming over 15000 spectators.
